## Upgrading Notable Changes

Some FeatureGate have evolved:
- `PropagateDeps` FeatureGate has evolved to Beta and is enabled by default.
- `Failover` FeatureGate has evolved to Beta and is enabled by default.
- `GracefulEviction` FeatureGate has evolved to Beta and is enabled by default.
- `CustomizedClusterResourceModeling` FeatureGate has evolved to Beta and is enabled by default.
