# Privacy Policy

The Linux Foundation’s core purpose is to foster an ecosystem that supports the collaborative and public
development of free and open source software projects (each, a "Project").

This website tracks visits using Netlify server-side analytics. Because site activity is tracked anonymously
without storing cookies, and visits are never correlated with personally identifying information, the Flux website is fully compliant with CCPA, with the
EU ePrivacy directive, and with EU GDPR.
